Capacity Building & Professional Integrity is the “Education Hub” of TSI, focusing on building “Islands of Integrity” across the public and private sectors. By training the next generation of leaders and certifying ethical businesses, we are making integrity the standard for professional success in Somalia.

Core Strategic Workstreams

1. The Transparency Certification Project
We engage the private sector through a “Seal of Excellence.” Businesses that volunteer for this program undergo a rigorous audit of their internal controls. We certify companies that implement zero-tolerance bribery policies and formalize gift and hospitality disclosure protocols. The “Transparency Certified” seal signals to international investors that a company is a safe and ethical partner.

2. Specialized Technical Training
TSI offers a “Menu of Integrity” consisting of 10 certified modules for civil servants and practitioners:
Financial Compliance: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & CFT.
Investigative Techniques: Digital forensics and evidence documentation.
Institutional Risk Management: Identifying and sealing leaks in internal controls.

3. Internal Governance Excellence
