Transparency Somalia Initiative (TSI) formally welcomes the official announcement from the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, inviting the Future Council (Golaha Mustaqbalka) to a high-level meeting scheduled for 10 May 2026.
This invitation represents a critical step toward addressing national priorities, including the state-building process, elections, and the strengthening of national unity. TSI commends the Federal Government’s commitment to a political process grounded in inclusivity and the preservation of Somalia’s sovereignty.

In alignment with the President’s call for sincere, transparent, and responsible dialogue, TSI renews its call for all parties to participate constructively and in good faith.
